How long will it take for my order to arrive? ​

All standard orders will be packed and shipped in 3 - 5 business days. If your order includes a pre-order item, we will only ship the entire order once the item arrives.

How much is the shipping fee?​

Free shipping for orders above $100!

Additional shipping fee is charged based on parcel weight.

0 - 5 kg: SGD$5

5 - 10 kg: SGD$7

10kg and above: SGD$10

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds. If products are damaged from mailing, please email us a photo of the the item in the parcel and we will get in touch with you.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

To ensure that your order is processed efficiently and promptly delivered, no amendments nor cancellation of any orders can be made once your order has been confirmed. This includes changing the quantities, adding and/or removing of item(s).

In the event that you've keyed in a wrong delivery address, please contact us via email within 24 hours from time of order placed for a change in the delivery address.
